Application of frequency inverter in granulator

 

Introduction to granulator

 

Granulator includes extrusion granulator and roller extrusion granulator. Its working principle: There are two types of extrusion: front discharge and side discharge. The prepared material is poured from the top of the roller extrusion granulator. There is a vertical screw rod in its groove. Through the rotation of the screw rod, the material is forced to be extruded between the double rollers at the bottom. The double rollers rotate relative to each other, so that the delivered material passes through the rolling knife row to make the particles and some powdered materials enter the rotary vibrating screen for screening.

 

System requirements

 

①. Stable operation is required without sudden stop or jamming;

②. It has a compact structure, good stability, low noise, and easy operation and maintenance;

③. It must have anti-blocking function;

④. When starting, the spindle is at a low speed, the instantaneous current of starting is large, and a large torque is required.
