Application introduction

Lathe is a machine tool that uses a turning tool to turn rotating workpieces. Traditional power frequency processing technology cannot accurately adjust the speed according to the processing material, and has disadvantages such as long parking time, large impact on starting equipment, and high failure rate. The use of variable frequency speed regulation has a good application space.

 

SOWAKAM application solution


Select SOWAKAM series inverters and use open-loop vector control mode. The inverter receives the motor speed signal and start-stop signal given by the lathe control system to realize the control of the lathe spindle. If fast stopping is required, a brake unit and brake resistor can be added.
