Application of frequency inverter in Food production
The field of food machinery is a major application area of frequency inverters. SOWAKAM frequency inverters are used in a variety of food machinery.
In food machinery, transmission systems are used in large quantities, such as bottled or bagged liquid production lines, powdered raw material metering and packaging lines, etc., which will use variable frequency transmission systems.
In food transmission systems, different working conditions require different speed sources to control the drive components of the transmission system, which requires the frequency inverter to have more frequency sources and operating modes.
SOWAKAM frequency inverters have three operating command channels (operation panel given, control terminal given, and serial communication given) and can switch between them, which is easy to operate.

SOWAKAM inverters are used in the transmission drive control of bottled/bagged beverage production lines, which can achieve the following effects:
(1) Increase production: In the speed sensorless vector control mode (SVC), the main speed of the transmission system can be easily controlled for different food manufacturing processes, and other transmission equipment will automatically synchronize and match without manual adjustment, thereby increasing production by adjusting the speed.
(2) Take advantage of asynchronous motors: The use of inverter speed regulation does not require the addition of additional mechanical speed regulation equipment, so the transmission system will be more compact and lightweight. In addition, variable frequency speed regulation avoids the tedious maintenance work such as replacing carbon brushes or commutators in DC motor speed regulation.
