Application of frequency converter in car washing machine


Automatic car washing machine can realize automatic cleaning, waxing, air drying etc by setting relevant programs on the computer. Automatic car washing machines are divided into: non-contact automatic car washing machines and brush-type fully automatic car washing machines.

The structure of the car washing machine is divided into a variety of design layouts including gantry reciprocating type, tunnel type etc.

Now most of the car washing machines use frequency converters as the main drive, programmable controllers (PLC) and IoT (Gateway) as automation control which can realize the normal operation of both unattended and manned equipment.


1.Contactless automatic car washing machine:

The contactless car washing machine focuses on cleaning the two sides of the car. It has a single L-shaped rotating arm that can move horizontally and rotate 360 degrees to realize no blind spot in the cleaning. There are two control modes for the car washing machine:

(1)semi-automatic cleaning: high-pressure water washing → spraying car washing liquid → manual wiping → high-pressure water washing → spraying bright wax → manual drying;

(2)fully automatic cleaning: spraying detergent → high-pressure water washing → spraying cleaning liquid → high-pressure water washing → spraying bright wax → spraying deionized water

 


2.Brush-type car washing machine

Brush-type car washing machine is also called gantry reciprocating car washing machine: the car is parked in a fixed position and washing equipment moves back and forth. It can realize automatic washing of the chassis, automatic deviation correction of track operation, automatic spraying of cleaning fluid, automatic imitation brushing, waxing, and automatic air drying. A dirty car goes in and a clean car comes out. The washing time is about 3 minutes.

Equipment configuration:

Gantry travel: The gantry is controlled by SOWAKAM inverter to move forward and backward to ensure the gantry's rapid movement, coordination and stability.

 

Air blowing device: SOWAKAM inverter is equipped with two fans that run at high speed to forcefully dry water stains on the car's exterior.

 

Brush device: The brush is made of foam plastic to avoid damaging the car paint. SOWAKAM inverter controls the movement of the brush roller up and down, front and back, for all-round cleaning.

6) Adopting optimized surge absorption circuits and reasonable surge absorption devices, it can withstand higher surge lightning voltage.

7) The independent air duct design of the third-generation machine can meet the application of occasions such as excessive dust.

8) The PCB substrate is fully coated with three anti-paint processes to greatly improve the environmental resistance of the product.
