PART 01 Common Requirements
1. Able to perform parameter static self-learning

PART 02 Application Advantages

PART03 Parameter setting
According to the main circuit and control circuit wiring is completed, set the inverter parameters after power on, set the control mode for sensorless vector control mode, running instructions for the keyboard settings, running frequency set according to demand, acceleration and deceleration time is set to 5 seconds, the motor type is set to synchronous motors, according to the motor nameplate parameters entered into the motor parameter group, the motor reaction potential according to the estimation of the estimated formula, see Note 1, the motor parameter self-learning is set to static self-learning. The motor parameter self-learning is set to stationary self-learning.
PART04 Testing results
After the self-learning is completed, run the inverter and debug it according to the following steps:
1. In the frequency of 15HZ conditions plus 100% load, starting and stopping and adding and subtracting are smooth, the current waveform is normal, the power factor is 0.98, the inverter output current of more than 40 amps.
2. Add 150% load under the condition of frequency 10HZ, the output current of inverter is more than 70A, and the current waveform is normal.
3. Add 200% load under the condition of 7.5HZ frequency, the inverter output current is 90~100A, the current waveform is normal.
4. Increase the motor running speed to a maximum of 100r/m in order to test the limit characteristics of the motor, and the current waveform is normal.
5. increase the motor load to 1.7 times and 2 times, respectively, are below 3Hz low-frequency start, stop, inverter output current waveform are normal.
Through the above on-site debugging, fully meet the requirements of the extruder on the motor output characteristics.
Equipped with frequency converter, the extrusion machine obviously improves the production efficiency, optimizes the energy utilization, enhances the stability of the system, reduces the maintenance cost and improves the quality of the product, the advantages are obvious.
