structure
   The hx vertical impact crusher consists of seven parts: feed hopper, distributor, vortex crushing chamber, impeller body, main shaft assembly, base, transmission device and motor.
1. Feed hopper

   The structure of the feed hopper is an inverted prism body (or cylinder). The feed port is equipped with a wear-resistant ring. The incoming material from the feeding equipment enters the crusher through the feed hopper.
2.  Distributor
   The distributor is installed on the upper part of the whirlpool crushing cavity. The function of the distributor is to divert the material from the feed hopper, so that part of the material directly enters the impeller through the central feeding pipe and is gradually accelerated to a higher speed and ejected out, so that the other material A part of the material bypasses the outside of the central feeding pipe and enters the outside of the impeller in the whirlpool crushing chamber, where it is impacted and crushed by the high-speed material ejected from the impeller. It does not increase power consumption, increases production capacity, and improves crushing efficiency.
3. Whirlpool crushing chamber
   The structural shape of the whirlpool crushing chamber is an annular space composed of upper and lower cylinders. The impeller rotates at high speed in the whirlpool crushing chamber. Materials can also reside in the whirlpool crushing chamber to form a material lining. The crushing process of the material It occurs in the whirling crushing chamber. The material lining separates the crushing action from the whirling crushing chamber wall, so that the crushing effect is limited to the materials, which plays the role of wear-resistant self-lining. The observation hole is used to observe the wear of the wear-resistant block at the launch port of the impeller flow channel and the wear of the lining plate at the top of the vortex crushing chamber. The observation hole must be sealed tightly when the crusher is working. The distributor is fixed on the upper cylindrical section of the whirling crushing chamber. The impeller rotates at high speed to generate airflow, which forms an internal self-circulating system through the distributor and impeller in the whirlpool crushing chamber.
4. Impeller
   The impeller structure is a hollow cylinder made of special materials. It is installed on the shaft head at the upper end of the main shaft assembly. It uses a cone sleeve and key connection to transmit the button distance and rotates at high speed. The impeller is a key component of the hx vertical impact crusher. The material enters the center of the impeller through the central feed pipe of the feeder on the upper part of the impeller. The material is evenly distributed to each launch channel of the impeller by the distribution cone in the center of the impeller. At the outlet of the launch channel, a wear-resistant block made of special material is installed and can be replaced. The impeller accelerates the material to a speed of 60-75m/s and ejects it. It impacts the material lining in the whirlpool crushing cavity and undergoes strong self-crushing. Upper and lower flow channel plates are installed between the cone cap and the wear-resistant block to protect the material. The impeller is not subject to wear.
5. Spindle assembly
   The main shaft assembly is installed on the base to transmit the power from the motor through the V-belt and support the rotation of the impeller. The spindle assembly consists of bearing seat, spindle, bearings, etc.
6. Base
   The vortex crushing cavity, main shaft assembly, motor and transmission device are all installed on the base. The base structure shape is a quadrangular prism space in the middle. The center of the quadrangular prism space is used to install the main shaft assembly, and a discharge channel is formed on both sides. The dual motors are installed at both longitudinal ends of the base, and the base can be installed on the bracket or directly on the foundation.
7. Transmission device
   It adopts a belt transmission mechanism driven by a single motor or a dual motor (above 75kw, it is a dual motor transmission). The two motors driven by the dual motors are installed on both sides of the main shaft assembly. The two motor pulleys are connected to the main shaft pulleys by belts, so that both sides of the main shaft The forces are balanced and no additional moments are generated.
8. Bracket
   Depending on the working place of the crusher - open-air operation or indoor operation, you can consider configuring the bracket or not.
9. Lubrication system
   Mobil automotive grease special grade centralized lubrication is used. The lubrication parts are the upper bearing and the lower bearing of the shaft assembly. In order to facilitate oil filling, oil pipes are used to lead to the outside of the machine for regular refueling of the oil pump.
working principle

   The material enters the sand making machine from the feed hopper and is divided into two parts through the distributor. One part enters the high-speed rotating impeller from the middle of the distributor and is rapidly accelerated in the impeller. Its acceleration can reach hundreds of times the acceleration of gravity. Then it is thrown out from the three uniform flow channels of the impeller at a speed of 60-70 meters/second. It is first impacted and broken by a part of the material that has fallen from the surroundings of the distributor, and then impacts together with the material lining in the scroll chamber. , is rebounded by the material lining, impacts obliquely upward to the top of the whirl chamber, changes its direction of movement, deflects downward, and the material emitted from the impeller flow channel forms a continuous material curtain. In this way, a piece of material will be hit, rubbed, grinded and crushed twice or even multiple times in the whirling crushing cavity. The crushed materials are discharged from the lower discharge port. During the entire crushing process, the materials impact and crush each other on their own, without direct contact with metal components. Instead, they are crushed by impact and friction with the material lining, which reduces corner contamination and prolongs mechanical wear time. The clever self-circulation of air flow inside the vortex chamber eliminates dust pollution.
