Application of frequency converter in photovoltaic water pump system
In recent years, photovoltaic-related solutions and products have emerged one after another. Everyone is no longer unfamiliar with solutions such as photovoltaic grid-connected power generation, photovoltaic off-grid energy storage, and photovoltaic and off-grid hybrid energy storage.
The photovoltaic water pump system mainly consists of: solar panels, submersible pumps, control cabinets, cables, boost modules, etc. Among them, although the photovoltaic water pump frequency converter accounts for a small proportion of the entire system cost, it is the core equipment of the system. It controls and regulates the operation of the photovoltaic water pump system and converts the DC power generated by the photovoltaic components into AC power that can directly drive the water pump. When the light intensity is insufficient or the weather is cloudy and rainy, it can be connected to mains power or oil generator backup power supply to drive the system to pump water to meet the user's water needs throughout the day.
Sowakam is one of the first manufacturers to develop, produce and sell photovoltaic water pump inverters. The SW20 low-voltage inverter series has a power range of 0.4-500kW, a wider DC input voltage range, and more flexible and convenient component configuration. See the diagram: schematic structural diagram of photovoltaic water pump inverter.
Sowakam photovoltaic water pump inverter has reliable quality and long service life. At the same time, it has a complete protection mechanism, and the starting method adopts variable frequency soft start to reduce the impact of starting current. Equipped with output short-circuit protection, overvoltage and overcurrent protection under acceleration/deceleration/constant speed conditions, motor overload protection, output phase loss protection, water pump anti-dry protection, etc.
Sowakam photovoltaic water pump project
Sowakam photovoltaic water pump inverter controls the motor through variable frequency control. As the light intensity increases, the output frequency gradually increases, and the corresponding water pump motor speed will be faster and more powerful. With the development of photovoltaic water pump technology and people's comprehensive consideration of environmental protection, photovoltaic water pump systems will become the preferred solution to solve water problems in remote areas due to their advantages such as easy installation, no need for manual supervision, low cost, and zero carbon emissions.
