Sowakam analyzed the local and global market situation and had an in-depth conversation with the agency on market strategy, refining digital content and providing excellent customer service.

During the visit, the Sowakam team conducted site visits. The Sowakam team made site visits to understand each client's needs in the production process. Technical support was provided to each client according to their requirements.

Considering the geographical differences, it was decided to form a cross-functional team.
